CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • You are NOT charged upon scheduling your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service - cash and credit/debit cards accepted.
  • To respect the schedules of the esthetician and clients, please notify The Megan Touch Skincare Spa of any appointment changes/cancellations NO LESS THAN 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable 50% cancellation/change fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may re-book below.​
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late or no-show, your appointment will be cancelled and your card charged. You may re-book below.​

Because COVID-19 is still circulating in our communities, there will be additional safety measures and protocols moving forward. We all have to operate in a new normal for now, and these measures are to keep all of us and our families safe. I completely understand if these guidelines are too stringent for you or don't provide enough of the usual comforts you have grown accustomed to. However, if you are unwilling to abide by the new safety measures, I will not be able to service you at this time. If you change your mind after you arrive for your appointment, YOU WILL BE CHARGED the standard 50% cancellation fee.
First time clients: Please complete your consultation form(s) in advance. Click the "Forms" tab. Print your applicable document(s), fill them out, and bring them with you. You're all set!​
